Wow..I'm so impressed. What program are you using? Well, regardless..you're pretty talented. You can do graphic art plus play guitar and everything? That's just plain awesome. The first one is amazing with all the details and everything. I like the second one..probably because those are my favorite colors, and the last one..gosh, I can't believe you did that all by hand. o.O How long did it take?

Floating and fighting, like a kite on a string
Till you cut through my tether and changed everything
From the sky you looked small, but I loved you the same
So I darted back quickly to spell out your name
And when they say that I'm just a terrible kite
You'll tell them you're proud of my marvelous flight

I used UPaint for the first one. It's a program designed to work with the game UT2004.

The second two I used Adobe Photoshop 9 CS. I'm starting to get the hang of it. The bird was actually the hardest. It took about 6 different passes to get it all to come out right. Took me about 6 hours of work.
The wallpaper was actually simpiler cause I used Photoshop's "wind" effect to make the base for half the flames, but I still had to go back and make them look like flowing flames and not straight lines. All in all, I think about 3 hours work.

And yes...I'm a talented person :P This also has a bad side, cause "to whom more is give, more shall be expected of him"...oh well :P
